Blueberry Muffins 1 dozen


1. Mix ¾ cups of flour (self-rising/Bisquick), ½ cup sugar, ½ cup (generous)
blueberries, and 1 tsp, of real extract vanilla in large bowl.

2. Beat 1 egg, melt and add ¼ cup of butter, and combine with ½ cup of milk in a
different bowl and then add to flour mixture.

3. Stir until well mixed.
4. Drop in muffin pan by spoonfuls.
5. Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes. Recipes
