The Pigman

Lorraine is one of the main characters in the book called The Pigman.
This book is about two kids, Lorraine and her good friend John.
Lorraine has many different traits. One of her main traits is that she
is paranoid. She also is very shy and softspoken, but can be a comedian
otherwise.
Lorraine can be extremely paranoid about doing things that she hasn't
done before. She won't want to try something new unless it looks
perfectly safe. Not that it is a bad thing, just that a lot of times it
seems to get in the way of her having a good time. She seems to get
this from her mother, which is always worried about her daughter and
what boys might do to her. Lorraine's mother worries that she is
wearing too short of dresses, or that the things that she wears are too
"sexual". Even though Lorraine is quite paranoid, she doesn't seem to
have a problem with ditching school. This is something that her and

Pigman John Conlan is a main character in the book The Pigman. He doesn\'t act, think and have a social reputation as many people might think. He is a sophomore in high school. He is about six feet tall and has blue eyes. He has long brown hair, he\'s skinny and many people think he is handsome. His eyes are large and they are the kind that stares right into you. John drinks and smokes more than anybody, (John\'s best friend, Lorraine thinks). He also curses way too much in Lorraines eyes. She t

The Pigman The Pigman The topic I chose to write about is lonely. Many characters in The Pigman are lonely. Some of the characters in the story that are lonely are John, Loraine, Mr.Pignati, and Bobo. My definition of lonely is to be by ones self. Another definition of lonely is being forgotten, left alone. An example of lonely is “The boy was left alone in the park.” In the story, the most lonely character was Mr.Pignati. He was lonely because he had no children and his wife recently passed awa

The Pigman Many times in a story what the main characters say can reflect their personality and lifestyle. This is shown effectively in the memorial epic by Paul Zindel, The Pigman. Throughout this stunningly truthful story, John and Lorraine consistently say things that show just what type of people they are. In the memorial epic, The Pigman, John and Lorraines words really show their personality type. In the beginning of the story, when describing John, Lorraine says John has made and art

All the while, the living move about like baboons in cages they\'ve made for themselves. Why? That\'s the big question. The answer is central to understanding Paul Zindel\'sThe Pigman.
